    Though, we checked on our end and have not found any related error.
    We believe that the issue is not connected with our plugin.

    To be sure, please do troubleshooting.
    Please deactivate our plugin, delete the caches, and check whether the issue persists or not.
    If it continues, then, certainly, the issue does not have any connection with us.

    Also, please take into consideration that the last update of your mentioned plugin was 5 months ago.
