[Plugin: Include Me] Does Not Work

Tried using a standard php include to include an external page from another website, but nothing happened. Unfortunately there is no documentation, and no short codes to include a page, so the only obvious solution would be to use a typical include, but the plugin doesn’t work… Unless there’s some mysterious solution that wasn’t included in the plugin description? Has anyone gotten this to work?
