I have a problem with the display of AMP content on my site. First of all, I have installed version 1.0.2 of the plugin and the latest version WordPress as well. I am using a child theme of Twenty Fourteen. The problem also occurs when I switch the theme to standard Twenty Fourteen.

When I view content logged in, I can navigate to the amp version of the site. This takes minutes until the content is loaded. I only see a yellowish screen, until finally the content is displayed. This persists. Non AMP content is loaded fast.

What I have found out: The plugin shows a warning triangle after loading the AMP page and tells me there were about 20 to 30 validation errors. When I open the link the backend (via ?post_type=amp_validated_url) tells me that there are no validation errors. However, there was An internal server error occurred when fetching the URL for validation.

I could not find such error in my server’s logs, so I had no clue what cloud be the problem. I deactivated all plugins except AMP an started to activate them one after another. After reactivating all plugins manually I can see the error indexes without server errors. The loading lag for AMP content persists and was noteable with only this one plugin activated.

After activating all needed plugins I got this message: Warning: The following plugins may be incompatible with AMP: mappress-google-maps-for-wordpress, fourteen-extended-master, zoom-widget, table-of-contents-plus, wordfence, amp. (BTW: I see that amp is incompatible with amp. Makes sense. ?? )

Any hints to increase loading speed? It seems to me the problem is not rooted in the plugins.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
