Plugin indices pricing is not updated or refreshed to current

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    I discovered the plugin is not workable for some days to refresh the indices (and other items like commodities which are traded over 24 hours, labelled by E, should be reporting the end of previous day). Current time for this email is around 2:25pm (9/9/2021 HKT).
    This has been happened some days, I am not sure whether the plugin needs to update or any technical advice is available that can help. Many thanks for your kind assistance.
