[Plugin: Insert Callout] 1.0.3 breaks line breaks

Hi – this is a great plug-in. However, 1.0.3 it breaks if you insert paragraphs in the editor (that is, it breaks on <p>).
For example, this works:
[callout title=Title]Foo. Bar.[/callout]But this doesn’t:
[callout title=Title] Foo. Bar. [/callout]nor this:
[callout title=Title]<p>Foo.</p><p>Bar.</p>[/callout]Thanks.
