[Plugin: Insert Callout] 1.0.4 Broken in WP 3.0.3

The lastest insert-callout is broken in WP 3.0.3. It creates the wrapping divs, but doesnt apply the ‘callout’ and ‘calloutbody’ classes.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn’t notice that a settings UI was added to hard-code the styles. Carry on!
