Plugin Install Failed after update to 4.2.2

  • after upgrading to 4.2.2, this happened, how i can fix this?

  • And i guess that you have the latest version of supercache 1.4.4
    I seems like there is some kind of permission problem.
    Is wp-content writable?

    Have you tried to uninstall and install plugin again?

    Multiple people having this problem, and multiple posts about it. Any solution from WordPress?

    Looked at permissions and the plugins folder and all subfolders are set to 555. Changed to 755 and updates now work.
