plugin installation

  • Hi.
    I am using 2.2.1.

    I installed 2 new plugins: vipers-video-quicktags and the coolplayer. Uploaded and checked on my server. Everything is fine.
    But they would not show up in my “plugins” on the site?
    Any ideas?
