    The only other thing I can think of that might be a problem is I use “Featured Image From URL” plugin for my featured images. Not sure if that is it.

    I do not suspect any longer that the theme might be the problem. Since my initial message I have changed the theme to Divi.

    Can you please reply to that mail again? We haven’t received any email like this in recent days. Please send again.

    About image from URL, yes it will not work. Image should be at your own site. Remote images will not work.

    For having issues like cache, we have provided a solution in our new version 1.6. You can download it from here. Not released yet. That’s why you have to manually download and install. It has the option to bypass the cache along with many other features.

    Thank you for your quick response and the download link. I think the problem with the remote images explains my problem sufficiently. I don’t believe I’ll need to re-send my email to your support address.
