Plugin Installed and Not Working

    I installed the lasted plugin and when I clicked activate plugin the welcome page is blank. See here https://prntscr.com/oyw888.

    This is no error message.

    I’m using WordPress 4.6.13 running onfleek child theme.
    and Running PHP version: 5.6.40

    I can access the /wp-admin/ menu bar but when I try to view /wp-admin/plugins.php
    I also get a blank screen. https://prntscr.com/oywana

    I can access other plugins individually.

    Any help would be appreciated.
