    Hello there,

    I have installed the plugin, and did everything as says on the website but looks like there is no tracking information whatsoever collected so far?

    What can be wrong in this case?

    Hello!

    We checked your website from our end and it seems verified. That means that we receive all the events that are sent from your website to your moosend account (page/product views, add to cart events and successful purchases). At the moment there’s not a page in your dashboard where you can see this information as a whole, but you can create segments and find information regarding the customers that added a product to cart, viewed a product or purchased a product per list. More details about the available segmentation criteria can be found here.

    You can also take advantage of this data in your automation flows by building abandoned cart automations for example. Please find an example here.
