    Site Kit plugin installed successfully. However…UA is not present in the source code, doesn’t appear to be collecting data, and I can’t see any visitors when viewing real-time report in Google Analytics.

    Please advise!

    @jarron09 thanks for your topic!

    I also do not see Site Kit’s code snippet in the source code of your site.

    Could you navigate to Site Kit > Settings > Analytics > Edit and check if Let Site Kit place code to your site is toggled on (screenshot)?

    Hello,

    This setting is currently enabled.

    @jarron09 thanks for your confirmation.

    I’m curious if another theme or plugin is interfering with the insertion.

    Could you use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely since it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    – Please enable the Site Kit plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    – Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    – Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

    Not having any luck here. Literally enabled every single plugin one at a time…UA shows up the ENTIRE time when using the troubleshooting plugin for both my theme and the default theme.

    The moment the troubleshooting plugin is disabled…UA disappears.

    Can I provide you with admin access to the WordPress site to take a look?

    Thanks again,
    Jarron

    @jarron09 thanks for the update!

    We’re not allowed access to sites. However, could you provide your Site Health information through this form so we can check your site setup?

    I also notice that some of your assets are being served over a CDN. Does this service also provide file optimization? In some cases, optimizations can modify the code on the site which could be related to the issue. If you could temporarily disable it that might be helpful to check.

    Form submitted! Let me know if anything else is needed.

    Tweaked some settings in my CDN / optimization plugin (NitroPack). This appears to have fixed the issue.

    Please confirm if this is the case on your end.

    Thanks again!

    @jarron09 That did it! Nice troubleshooting.

    I can clearly see Site Kit’s snippet in the source code now :).
