Plugin instead of Theme?

    The functionality of this theme would work better as a plugin. I like the functionality of the theme, but I can’t use it as I already have a theme I prefer. Just wondering if any, plans to turn this into a plugin which would allow more people to use?

    Hi, as far as I know, there are no plans to update or change the P2 theme into a plugin. That could get pretty complex to do given theme variations.

    Oh wait, I was just reminded, there is a plugin repo on Github for a O2 (P2) plugin.

    Checked out the repo, they’re in the same boat as the plugin depends on the p2-breathe theme.

    Yes, that is true, it would require the Breathe theme. As far as I know, there isn’t any plans to have a stand-alone P2 plugin that will work with all themes. I’ve certainly not seen any discussions related to that. Interfacing with themes that are not designed with P2 in mind would be a considerable challenge.
