    hi, in the past we had integration problems with the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugin

    Can you let me know if it’s resolved?

    Can you please share more details on what compatibility issues you have faced with the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugin?

    If you can share the link to the forum thread or the ticket where you have reported this previously, then we can refer to that and check if that issue is resolved or not.

    I had encountered a problem after a yith update. In the delivery note generated by your plugin, the complete product created by the customer no longer appeared.

    Attached is the same delivery note before and after the update.

    They say the plugins are not integrated.

    Sorry for the delay in response to this.

    We have not yet made our plugin compatible with the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium plugins. However, we can try to reproduce this issue at our end if you can provide us with those plugin copies.

    Can you please drop us an email at support at tychesoftwares dot com and send those plugin copies? So we will try to replicate this issue and we will let you know the update of the same.
