[plugin Intense Debate] Too much spam

I use latest plugin version. The problem is that i receive too much spam (over 40 in some days) and it doesn’t go in IntenseDebate, i must turn off the plugin to see them and to delete then (but this is a known Intense Debate issue if im not wrong).

How i can have less spam? Is there any other plugin that i can use in integration with it? (naturally i use Akismet too).
I would like that this spam will be blocked “before”, i mean if based on some rules the comment will be detected and the comment “inhibited”.
