[Plugin: IntenseDebate Comments] Website transfer – comments don't show up

Hello I used to have static website with a wordpress blog located in a siubfolder (/blog). Now I decided to move everything into wordpress in order to make my life easier so I moved all the files to the root of the domain but kept the blog posts under the /blog in order to avoid permalink structure problems. Everything worked out great but the only problem is that I cannot bring my old comments in the blog posts even though the permalink is the same. In addition the intense debate layout and commenting options (twitter/openid) for comments is gone (displaying the default wordpress comments layout – just the textarea to add a comment not the old comments) even though it is the one selected in the admin options.

Can you please give me a few tips on what it has to be done in order for the comments to show up because I have been struggling with this problem for several days.
