Plugin interferes with video lightbox

I’ve disabled the messenger plugin from displaying on pages that have videos, but when the plugin shows on pages that do have videos, the video lightbox play button shows there’s a link attached to the play button but nothing pops up when clicked. It also glitches everything that has requires a hover effect like hovering over the nav bar and buttons. Any way to fix this?
