first of all let me say i love your plugin! i have been using it for years and it has come to be an integral part of my site.

that being said, the plugin is causing a problem with my directory site theme/plugin (combination) – it is causing an error when listing submitters try to upload an image on the frontend listing form. they are now seeing the following error only when the redirection plugin is enabled:
ERROR: SyntaxError: Unexpected Token < in JSON at position 0
    or sometimes ERROR: INVALID CHARACTER
    error screenshot >>

i truly hope you can find the cause of the problem because i don’t want to stop using your site-saving plugin!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Have you confirmed that it is Redirection causing the problem?

Can you open your browser error console and see what the error is? In particular if you can look at the request that is being sent to the server, and the response to the request.

Is there anyway I can test the error for myself?

when i disable all non-theme plugins it doesn’t happen. when i enable only redirection plugin it happens.

you can test from the frontend using the URL https://bit.ly/2AARvlE
try reloading, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt.

for backend i can give you access but i need a way to provide you with user login details…

Is it a theme related plugin?

The error is thrown by jQuery when parsing a response from https://www.cbtisrael.co.il/wp-content/plugins/Tevolution/tmplconnector/monetize/templatic-custom_fields/drag-uploadfile.php

jQuery is expecting the response to be JSON, but it’s a bit of HTML that start <html><body><script>document.cookie

I don’t think this is connected to Redirection.
