Plugin is affecting tag display

On the page mentioned, you’ll see a list to the right called “Popular topics” which is supposed to be a list of the 25 most-used tags on my blog.

Your plugin “Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order” seems to be conflicting with the plugin that creates this list (called “Taxonomy List Widget” which you might be familiar with). Although COTTO is supposed to only affect hierarchical taxonomies like Categories (which it does, and which work great) it seems to prevent the sorting and display of Tags. When I deactivate COTTO, the other plugin (TLW) can create the Tag list perfectly.

I would like to try to resolve this conflict, or find out that COTTO’s paid version can create a list like this — in which case, I’ll remove TLW. I very much appreciate any help or direction. Thanks!
