• I was using Easy I/O for a bit but had some issues with Google Page Speed and GTmetrix so I cancelled it. I see they’ve already fixed those issues and that’s great but I had already purchased a ton of credits to optimize my uploads folder and everything was previously optimized prior to enacting their CDN.

I had few credits left after cancelling Easy I/O and purchased 1,500 more but those were suddenly used up in an hour. Thinking that was strange, I purchased 5,000 more and then those were used up in an hour.

At the time, I had already removed my website from the backend and deactivated Easy Mode but it continued to re-optimize my images. Possibly because the original purchase doesn’t expire until the 24th (I don’t know). Whether it’s enabled or disabled and even with my domain no longer registered – it continues to optimize sucking up all my credits.

I don’t need ANY of my images re-optimized as they’ve already been optimized and remain in my uploads folder (where I chose to keep them for this very reason). Before I spend another penny for future uploads, I need to know what’s going on or how to prevent this from automatically re-optimizing images.

I’ve probably spent about $50 in total already because of the original optimizations and trying out different levels of service before realizing the issues with Google Page Speed.

Emailing support fell on deaf ears but I guess since I’m no longer a monthly customer, I’d post here in the forum. I kind of need a response or will be forced to contest the charges on my card. Not trying to be a jerk (because their support is really superior if your a subscriber) but this has already cost more money than it’s worth.
