Plugin is blocking homepage video

Hello, I am using a plugin called video background pro as well as AutoOptimize in the company’s website I am working on. For some reason, the video will load on mobile browsers fine, but when I try to log in on any desktop browser i am met with a blank white space at the top. Is there a way I can get around this? It is the first thing people see on our site and not having it visible is a large error
