Plugin is breaking site since last update

Hi, a client’s site of mine is experiencing issues and a “critical error” whenever this plugin is activated. This didn’t start until recently so I am guessing the latest update to the plugin is causing it. I have deleted the plugin and downloaded it again and reinstalled it but the problem persists. Do you know what could be causing this? What do you recommend for a fix?
