The plugin suddenly broke 3 days ago. Even when I do a back up restoration from 1 week ago, the plugin is still broken.

Wordpress says this plugin hasn’t been updated in 6 months, and not for the newest version of WordPress.

    Please help!

    Hi @gogabby

We are very sorry that you encountered problems with our plugin after installing it.

Problems happen due to conflicts with other plugins or themes, your hosting features, cache settings, or other settings.

We will make the plugin update for the WP 6.0 version soon. But unfortunately, this cannot be due to the fact that you rolled back your website and it still does not work. We didn’t change the plugin the last time.

Please install this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ and check for any issues on the Site Health page in your wp-admin. You may use the Health Check plugin to walk through basic troubleshooting steps such as disabling all other plugins, clearing their cache and cookies and trying again to reproduce the problem.

You can enable WP_DEBUG on your install which will find all PHP error codes inside your debug.log file (https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging). You can share your server or debug.log using one of these tools https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com

Please provide step-by-step directions on how we can reproduce the issue. If you can provide screenshots or a screencast, that will assist us greatly in investigating the issue. Important: Just make sure to not share any personal details in your screenshots. Please share the screenshots on the https://packslight.com/opportunity-dashboard page with opened Console.

I see this screen when visited the shared link https://www.screencast.com/t/0wa0lJ72UT2u There are JS errors in console, that may cause the issues on the regular (not 404 page) content.

    Let me know,
    Best Regards!

    Hi @gogabby

Thanks for the screencast and sorry for the delay.

The scripts you commented on the browser debugger aren’t related to the JobBoardWP plugin. It seems there are 3rd-party Pinterest and https://widget.getyourguide.com/

Could scripts, if not loaded correctly, cause errors in JS, as a result of which the jobs list could not be loaded? I will answer, yes they can.

But there was no reason in JobBoardWP directly. I hope these 3rd-party scripts are loaded properly it will work properly for other customers’ websites.

    Best Regards!
