Plugin is causing same products to appear under every category

This was working pretty slick when I installed it a few days ago. Now when I went to my site, I noticed the same handful of products under each of my categories.
I cannot have this “look” on my site for too long or it will drive away customers. But I will leave the plugin active for 12 hours. Hopefully you can see it and know what to change.
