• I am using WordPress version 6.0 and I have JupiterX (v2.0.9) installed as a premium theme. This theme is built on Elementor. This plugin was working until the last theme update. The plugin currently breaks header and footer menu styling, exposing the mobile menu settings on the desktop. It also removes links/hover icons from my themes portfolio hover images.

    Until this plugin receives an update I can’t use it anymore.

  • Hi @graphicsbyte!

    If you need support with an issue, please open a new topic on this forum so we can assist you with it. I checked the support threads and I couldn’t find any topic that you created regarding this issue. Per the forum guidelines, we shouldn’t provide support in the reviews section. As for the issue you encountered, since it occurs with a premium theme, we can’t test it or try to replicate it, so there is nothing we can do on our end. I would suggest addressing this to the theme authors since they could test it and check the compatibility with the Menu Icons plugin.

    Have a nice day!

    I’m having this same issue with the latest version of JupiterX. Any resolution to this?

    The same problem from v.0.12.11 to v.0.12.12.
    https://ibb.co/ZJjpf96 -> UPDATE from 11 to 12
    https://ibb.co/rpdWMkL -> BAD with v.0.12.12
    https://ibb.co/NWPMtjc -> GOOD with v.0.12.11
    And is not the first time I have this update problems with MENU ICONS plugin.

    Hello @maxsteve and @viureagava!

    As I mentioned above, since this issue occurs with a Premium theme, we can’t test it. Please address this to the theme authors since the Menu Icons plugin is a free one and they should be able to check if there is an issue with the compatibility.

    Moreover, for any questions about our plugin, please open a new topic on this page so we can assist you with it. As I previously stated, the reviews section is not meant to provide support.

    OK @luciamarinescu I’ll try to comment it to Artbees team, responsibles of Jupiter X.
    Thanks.
