Plugin is great but..

No doubt the plugin is great but I am having a problem with my client website which is [ link redacted, please do not post links in reviews ] I am running the all in one seo and it is working great for the rest of the site except home page. when I search homepage title in the Google its showing wrong in the search results even the correct title is in the source code but I am not getting what is making conflict either the latest version of wordpress, seo plugin or header php coding. I will really appreciate if any one can help me out.
