Plugin is great but there is no maintanance and poor support

  • The plugin includes a lot of functions, which is great, but unfortunately, it also has too many bugs. It’s taking us a lot of time to work around them, and some of the functions simply don’t work properly. For example, the “badgeos_revoke_achievement_from_user” function is not functioning as expected, and some metadata, such as “_badgeos_achievements,” is also not working properly. We have encountered other issues as well.

    Furthermore, the support team has not been responding to our inquiries. I am giving this plugin 4 stars solely for the opportunities it offers, not for the poor support and numerous bugs.
