I’m a little bit disappointed to see only one support question in this forum, and that one from 10 months ago? Gives me the feeling maybe this plugin doesn’t have support.

I did request support from my site yesterday, and haven’t heard back from the authors.

This plugin used to work to restrict premium posts on our astrology site, but now it doesn’t restrict. We have a number of custom roles, created with Ultimate Member (the roles work fine). We also have content that people can pay for, without having a role.

On the production site I enabled the license key, but that didn’t make any difference.

At the bottom of the post edit page, the Restriction rule is: Allow access.
Below that, the Group 1 conditions are:

    • Condition 1: User has purchased product =
    • Condition 2: User role = Galaxy Pass
    • Condition 3: User role = Backstage Pass
    • Even if I flip the rules and conditions, to ?Restrict access, and set the conditions to != (not equal), nothing changes. The post can be accessed by any logged in user of any other role.
