Plugin is not allowed on my system

Your plugin was suggested to me from the developer of my template and when I went to install it said it wasn’t available. I clicked on the question mark near that and it said “This plugin is not allowed on our system due to performance, security, or compatibility concerns. Please contact support with any questions.” Can you let me know why I’m receiving that error?
