Plugin is not clearing cache after deleting a redirect

    Redirects cached sometimes by browsers, please delete the redirect that caused the error and try in another browser, and let me know please if it works or not.

    I was able to fix it by resetting the permalinks.Thanks!

    OK, I guess that the .htaccess file is deleted for some reason and all permalink became not defined, so all links are going to be 404 error and the plugin handle them as 404 and redirect them, when you reset the permalink the .htaccess is automatically recreated and the site is back to work fine.
