Plugin is not connecting users and not changing levels

    I made the setup and as per instructions made the mapping on the settings but the plugin is not working as it should be

    its not connecting the users and i already cleaned the cache of discord

    also i noticed that its not change the levels

    Could you please clarify what setup steps you have completed so far? Since you mentioned “made the mapping,” it seems that the bot is connected and has successfully fetched the Discord roles. However, please ensure that the bot has a higher priority than the other roles within your Discord server. This is essential for the correct assignment of roles.

    The bot is connected and fetching the roles but its not apply them on the members
