    Hello @cyucel,

Yes it’s a known issue with the 1.11.0 version. A patch should be released today.

If you want you can revert back to the 1.10.1 version here:https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/advanced/ (at the bottom of the page)

    Hello @cyucel,

The patch has just been released. So please upgrade your plugin to this new version and check again.

I’ll close your topic for now, but should you still have issues with the feed, don’t hesitate to reopen your topic again.

    Hi @michel-jongbloed

Upgraded to latest patch and still getting same problem – seeing this message:- Processing failed, please try again

    Please let me know

    Hello @peeveezee,

    Hmm, that’s a bummer.

Could you make sure all cache is cleared (browser and plugins) and then try again. And if that does not work, please work your way through the steps mentioned in this list: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-16

Let me know if that resolved the issue.

In 1.11.1 for me working only this way:

    Clear feed process.
    Untoggle Auto Feed Fix
    Toggle “Disable background processing”
Remember to adjust WordPress’ cron putting between two tasks at least 30min of difference (more if your website hasn’t a lot of visit), f.e. using WP Crontrol. (I have WP_CRON disabled and I call wp-cron.php every 15minuts through the server cron).

    Thanks for the info @brambil.

Can you confirm that you only had to clear the feed process once? Or do you have to do that every time you want to generate a feed?

Also, are you using the WordFence plugin?

I hat to clear feed process AND re-initialize the plugin, but before 11.x background processing worked fine, now no more so I solved adjusting task as mentioned before.

I have WordFence, I also tried to disable WordFence (Plugin -> Deactivation), but problem remains.
In my special case, not a big problem, for me it was sufficient to adjust crontab to assure that rebuild will be called in two separate moments.
Maybe, a bugfix could be create a lock file.

Tryed on 2 website, with different hosting (a VPS and a shared hosting), problem is the same.

Cleared the cache – tried a new browser – followed all the steps and not using WordFence

    Seeing this error message:-

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
wp_media_uploader.js?ver=1:34 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
    at Function.$.wpMediaUploader (wp_media_uploader.js?ver=1:34)
    at js-admin.js?ver=1:1
wppfm_feed-form.js?ver=1539771939:427 Feed status changed to status 6

Do I reply to your email with the screenshot?

    Hi @peeveezee,

I can’t access the file. Could you send your screenshot to michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com?

    Plugin Contributor Michel Jongbloed

    (@michel-jongbloed)

    @brambil,

In the background processing mode the processing is blocked to make sure only one feed process at a time is running. In the “non-background” mode this is impossible to do.

Could you please open a ticket through https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ (just enter a random number as your license number) and give me a sign when you did that? I can share patch files with you easier through that system.

    (@michel-jongbloed)

    OK @peeveezee,

    I got your screenshot now.

The JQMIGRATE message is just a message, so no problem.
The “Feed status changed to status 6” is not an error but just a message I’ve build in.

The Uncaught TypeError is indeed an error, but not from our plugin. It’s an error message from the WP Media Uploader plugin (https://github.com/smartcatdev/WP-Media-Uploader). I don’t think it is related to your issue, but could you please try deactivating this plugin and then check if that solves the issue?

    still not working ??

    Plugin Contributor Michel Jongbloed

    (@michel-jongbloed)

And is the error message in the Console Tab gone?

Also, can you find any error logging in the wp-content folder or in the plugins folder?

And could you check the wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds folder and open one of the failing feeds. Tell me if that feed is completely empty, or if it has only the xml header or maybe also some products in it?

    Plugin Contributor Michel Jongbloed

    (@michel-jongbloed)

    @peeveezee,

I got your mail and see the feeds are completely empty.

Could you please open a ticket in our ticket system? This way it will be easier form me to share patch files with you and keep track on the progress of the issue.

You can open a ticket here https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ and enter a random number as you license key.

Send me an email when you opened the ticket so I can intercept it and assign it to myself.
