Plugin Is not rendering content inside

Hi,

I have used TF Numbers on our website but I am getting shortcode error. I am not able to render content inside. It is showing Shortcode as it is. “[tf_numbers name=”established-in-1983″]”. Do I have to make changes to the theme and how can Ib do that? Check website under “Established on 1983” section.
