    I installed Decorator and customized my messages just the way I want them, but when I send a test message or have the store send me a real message, very little of my formatting appears. The only difference that comes through is the added product images — otherwise the message format is the same as it was before using the plugin. Any suggestions to “activate” it?

    We released a plugin update (v1.2.3) today with some bug fixes and stability improvements. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and check?
