Plugin is not visible on a Custom User Role

    Hi, I just tested this, but for me it works.
    It is a custom Role, that has capabilities for that user of manage_categories, read, edit_posts, edit_pages, edit_dashboard.
    It can see the admin pages and sort and save them.

    What capabilities has your user or role, and how did you set them? I used User Role Editor.
