    Hi there,

    I have installed this free plugin & added my credentials from whatsapp cloud API after that I have enabled whatsapp notification for order status with Processing but whenever I am customer is placing a order neither admin & nor customer is receiving msg on whatsapp.

    Hello,

    Could you please capture and paste screenshots of the WC Messaging general settings and templates settings? This will allow us to investigate any configuration issues. Have you observed any error logs in the debug.log file?

    This is likely due to misconfigured settings. Please ensure that all the details in WooCommerce -> Settings -> WC Messaging -> General are correct, particularly your WhatsApp Business ID.
