Plugin is not working

Recently I have changed my host.
In last host (and also WP 4.1.2) it worked perfectly. After changing host (and also WP 4.3) locker is not displaying on frontend.
But working with “WP touch” theme without any problem,
I’m using the child theme, Tried with basic child theme templates but no use. Well yeah, if I switch to the parent theme, it kind of worked.
So what’s the problem?, What should I need to do
