    That indicates there was an error during installation (but WP doesn’t show the error text). Sometimes this happens if the plugin is not allowed to create a table in the database for its data.

    Can you connect to your DB using PHPMyAdmin and see what tables are there? Is there a table named “wp_cfdbplugin_submits”
