Plugin is not working as aspected

Hi,
i am using https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/refer-a-friend-for-woo-commerce-by-wpgens plugin , i set all the setting , got referral code in my-account page but didn’t got any email , coupon code regarding that.
i have woo-commerce and cf7 installed , and all the forms are working successfully. please help.
