Plugin is not working for guest ZENDESK ticket submit(Without login).

    This plugin is not working for guest ZENDESK ticket submit(Without login) in WordPress site. But After wordpress login it is working nicely.

    When Anyone trying to submit ticket as a guest always showing error message like “Message Not Sent.Please Try Later”.

    All required options are enable for ZENDESK GUEST ticket submit in both WordPress and Zendesk backend.

    Please give a quick solution. I have installed your plugin and have a plan to buy your pro plugin.
