Plugin is not working properly

    I am experiencing significant issues with the on my website. The main concerns are:

    1. Poor Image Quality?– The images are not rendering correctly and appear distorted or pixelated.
    2. Slow Loading Time?– The plugin is drastically increasing page load time, affecting user experience.

    I have tried basic troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache and reinstalling the plugin, but the issues persist. Could you please assist in resolving this as soon as possible?

    Hi there!
    Sorry about the issues you’ve encountered with the plugin.

    If your images are not rendering correctly or have low quality, then you need to adjust your image compression setting at WP-Optimize > Images > Compress Images. Under Compression options, choose to Prioritize image quality or use the custom slider to increase the quality to an acceptable level as shown at https://ibb.co/gMC5pqTt.

    On checking your site, I can see that you are yet to enable caching on the plugin. Consider taking the following steps for improved response times

    1. Enable caching at WP-Optimize > Cache > Page cache.
    2. Enable Automatic preload option on the “Page cache” view.
    3. At WP-Optimize > Cache > Preload, enable the “Activate scheduled preloading option”. You can manually trigger the preloader after saving your changes. Also ensure that GZIP compression and Static file headers are enabled in their respective tabs.
    4. Enable minification at WP-Optimize > Minify > Minify status. Also checkout the merging options under Javascript and CSS tabs.
    5. You can also try optimizing your database for any lingering issues that could be slowing things down.
