We updated the plugin about 10 days ago and lost our countdown timer. More importantly, we couldn’t update any of the pages on the site. The circular pending icon kept rotating and the page never finished loading. Our developer said to deactivate the plugin which allowed us to update the pages, but it also turned off the menu. We’ve reactivated the plugin and that brought back the menu, but when the plugin is active it prevents page updates.

Also it says the plugin was updated 3 days ago, but we’re not seeing any way to update it on our plugin page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @countrygirl47 ,

In most cases, this happens because the PHP memory limit configurations are less than recommended. Please make sure the below configurations match your system:

    – max_execution_time = 300
    – memory_limit = 512M

If you’re unsure as to how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider, they’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (https://d.pr/i/0RY6Pf)
    ?
?After following above solution if you are still facing this Elementor loading issue then send us your websites system info from Elementor > System Info (https://d.pr/i/0Mt2ca) for further inspection.

We updated the PHP memory limit configurations and no change. The elements menu never finishes loading for us to be able to update our pages.

I can copy the System Info, but would prefer not to post it here. Where can I send it?

    Hello @countrygirl47 ,
    Hope you are doing well.

I can understand your concern. Before sharing the System Info, kindly check also by disabling all the widgets and modules of the ElementsKit plugin. If that solves the loading issue, start activating Widgets and Modules one by one and continue checking the issue. I hope it will help you also in solving the issue.

If that doesn’t solve the issue, then you need to share the system info here. System Info consists of some sensitive information like Web address, Admin, etc. If you don’t want to disclose them, then kindly remove them from the system info and then share that here. I will check and let you know an update as soon as possible.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
