Plugin is resizing images to old size setting

Hello,

I used to have the resize setting on 1400px x 1400px. I have since changed it to 3000px x 3000px but when I go to upload a new image, it is still being sized to 1400px. I have tried deactivating and delting the plugin, as well as removing the two ewww tables from the database, but when I re-install the plugin, it remembers the 3000px x 3000px setting on the EWWW resize tab, but is still resizing images to 1400px x 1400px when I add a new image. same result if i diasble the EWW plugin, upload a larger image, reactive the EWWW plugin with 3000px x 3000px, then running the bulk optimize option, it still resizes to 1400px. I have also tried deactivating all my other plugins, but it still does it. How do I change this please so it knows to use the new 3000px setting please? It is very frustrating.
