Plugin is sending an email out that is broken

is example of the email that was sent out to a new user of the website.
This link brings up an error and i have no idea why this is being sent out by the plugin?
i have it set to admin apporval for signup and wordpress emails them once they are confirmed this email from the plugin is just causing confusion and not even working to boot
how do i stop this email being sent please
