Plugin is supported to LS-CACHE Plugin?

We have openlitespeed server with LS-CACHE.

Now i notice in your plugin have option by default:

An hour
  -  How long to cache redirected 301 URLs (via "Expires" HTTP header)

Little afraid it can conflict the LS-CACHE plugin.

LS-CACHE plugin doing aggressive cache to expires and browser cache.

I believe you’re aware of this cache plugin, and i want to ask you if you have something you recommend doing or exclude with your plugin + LS Cache plugin?
