Plugin isn’t working

    I’ve deactivated the site cache, installed this plugin, confirmed that the logo on the right correctly appears and then enabled logging, but visits to web pages does not record media usage. I tried visiting web pages with media while both logged in and logged out. Neither yielded any results.

    My real aim is to discover and delete any images and files which do not appear in any pages or posts and then delete them from the media library. I have over 3000 to work through so very much in need of a speedy solution.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

    It is strange this tool doesn’t work, but does your server use Apache? As for now, this plugin is not working with Nginx.

    Also, if you actually want to clean your files, you should use Media Cleaner instead ??

    Yes. It’s Apache, but I’ve taken your advice and used Media Cleaner instead.
