Plugin isn’t working for Multisite setup, or Netowrk compatiblity issue

I have added Theme Builder for Elementor to multi network sites. I have activated Elementor from Network Admin side for sub-sites and, I would like to activate the Theme Builder for Elementor in sub-sites where it require, but this plugin isn’t working for this way.

Either I have to activate Elementor and Theme Builder for Elementor separately in sub-sites then it will work perfectly.
