Plugin Issue

Hello,
When i’ve Activate the plugin, Dashboard it’s display as below:
Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use
instead. in /xxxxxx/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3457
Please help to fix this.
