Plugin Issues

  • Hi I am using the twentysixteen theme. In the free version, after creating a form via your plugin I am unable to make any alterations to it. I can add the alterations but after pressing the green ‘save form’ button, no changes get saved. I am also not getting any email notifications for submitted forms and I can confirm that my WP emails work perfectly. I have also tried disabling all plugins to rule out any conflicts but I still have the same issues. I would like to go premium with this plugin but only if I can get the free version working properly first. Can you please confirm the I should be able to make changes to existing forms and receive email notifications on the free version?

    If you are not able to save this means somehow ajax data sent by the plugin is being blocked due to some error or firewall.
