Plugin issues with front-page.php

  • Hello,
    plugin is working on any kind of pages or posts. But since for homepage i use front-page.php template its not working. Can plugin work if Homepage use front-page.php ?

    Hi,

    It should work, but if you’re using a custom php template it may only work if the popup is set to the entire website ( in case the Page you’re using is not selectable ), Homepage only applies if you’re using a regular WP Page that is set as Homepage in wp-admin > Settings => Reading.

    Thank you. I Created Homepage and i use front-page.php. Then i selected homepage in settings – reading, and its not working. If i set to ENTIRE WEBSITE its working.

    Try setting a different page to Homepage in settings – reading and see if that works, or just the one has the issue that is using your custom front-page.php.
